If your robot cannot be fixed after receiving technical support from one of our robot service technical support engineers, RoboTeam will arrange for  a robotic service engineer to site as quickly as possible (if requested).

However, if this is not possible and you need a robotic service engineer to visit the site to complete the repair then a RoboTeam Service Engineer will be on site as soon as possible to get you back up and running.

Some companies prefer a run-to-failure maintenance strategy for their robots (basically, the robot is run until it breaks down and is then repaired or replaced), over a robot preventative maintenance strategy (a service is performed while the robot is still working so that it does not breakdown unexpectedly).

So, for these customers we offer corrective maintenance, with a quick response package to help you restore your robot and get your production running by either repairing the robot or replacing it with a new or reconditioned robot.

RoboTeam has the facility to repair your robots and controllers in our specialist workshop. The service consists of an initial assessment, a report identifying the issue(s), our recommended repair options and a quote for parts and labour.

All RoboTeams controller and robot repairs are completed to the original manufacturers specifications and guidelines using original manufacturers spares or suitable equivalents if these are not available.

The robot and controller is then put through a full testing cycle then repainted and packaged for return delivery.

RoboTeam workshop repairs all come with a 3 month warranty and a comprehensive repair report.
